Victory Malt

Victory® Malt is a specialty malt that brings a distinct toasty, biscuity, and nutty character to your beer. Kilned to 28° Lovibond, it imparts deep, warm flavors reminiscent of freshly baked bread and roasted nuts. Its clean, crisp finish allows it to complement a wide range of beer styles—ideal for Nut Brown Ales, porters, and other dark beers, while also adding depth and complexity to lighter ales and lagers when used in smaller percentages.

Usage Notes:

• Use up to 25% in darker styles

• Add 5–10% in lighter styles for complexity

• Excellent for Nut Brown Ales, Amber Ales, Porters, Märzens, and more
