How to Use Promix Pre-Workout:

Mix 1 scoop to start (1/2 serving) of your chosen Promix Pre-Workout with 12-16 fl oz. of water. Shake or stir well and consume 20-30 minutes before your workout for optimal results. Start with half and adjust as needed!
