Primal Flow

The purpose of this book is to introduce you to the utilization of the Primal Flow™ Wooden Training Mace and the Primal Flow™ Kali Sticks to prevent faulty movement patterns that commonly occur in the body. These ancient weapons have now become modern day innovative training tools that can assist you in optimizing your movement practice. This book serves as the foundation for the Primal Flow™ System which uses these wooden training tools as a focal point for each exercise. Subsequent books will expand into the use of the ThorFit™ Wooden Battle Hammer and other training tools in order to establish a full spectrum of training methods that will forge a body that is PrimalFit™. The concept of PrimalFit™ will be thoroughly explored in the intermediate applications book. The material in this book may also serve as a way for practitioners to reduce the risk of injury and develop a well-balanced, highly mobile, optimized body. This book is not intended to be a treat-at-home guide in lieu of proper medical treatment for any injuries.
