Description: The Powder Blue Tang is one of the most popular marine fish. They can be a challenging fish to keep as they are especially ich prone. A UV sterilizer and Protein Skimmer are a MUST because of this fish's sensitivity. Feeding vitamin C on pellets everyday can help with disease prevention. Feed a varied diet of both meaty and veggie based foods to keep the Powder Blue Tang healthy. Caution should be taken when mixing with other Acanthurus sp. tangs. This fish is especially territorial when it establishes itself in the aquarium, so it is best to add this fish into the aquarium later than other peaceful fish.
