MARIE AND SCOTT MUNGER left Connecticut and careers to pursue their dream of having a Bed and Breakfast. They found their dream in the rough a year later in central California and enthusiastically threw themselves into making it the best they could. They worked hard but loved what they did!They served Marie's culinary delights to 45,000 guests from 113 countries. So many guests asked for her recipes and told her she should publish a cookbook. So, after four years in the making, she did!And what a lovely book! Not only does it contain Marie's best tried and true recipes but, also,Scott's artistic photography.The book reflects the beauty and peace of their B&B. They are vegetarian but many can easily accommodate meats.It was published in 2003. 20 years later it is still beautiful and pertinent.
