Motorex Copper Paste is a high-performance assembly paste designed to form a protective layer between metal surfaces, preventing corrosion and wear in high-temperature and high-pressure environments. The copper particles in the paste provide optimal lubrication and corrosion protection, making it ideal for applications subject to extreme conditions.

Key Features

• Temperature Range: Effective from –40 °C to +900 °C, and up to +1200 °C for short periods.
• Paraferic Base Oil: Works up to 280 °C, after which lubrication is provided by the copper particles.
• Corrosion Protection: Ensures optimum corrosion protection for treated parts.
• No Graphite or Molybdenum Disulphide: Free of graphite, molybdenum disulphide, and lead, ensuring a clean and safe application.
• Effective Under High Stress: Ideal for exhaust screw connections, turbochargers, press fits, hot steam valves, and fittings on hot steam installations.

Application

• Use for all kinds of screws, threads, and press fits that are exposed to high thermal and mechanical stress.
• Apply the paste using a brush to the required areas to prevent jamming and frictional corrosion.
