The cognac addition (a small but meaningful proportion of multi-year aged Grande Champagne eaux-de-vie) adds dried fruit, vanilla, and aromatic complexity to the clean, smooth Grey Goose wheat spirit base without transforming the vodka into a cognac — the result is something new: a spirit with the smoothness and clarity of premium vodka and the aromatic warmth of aged cognac character.
