When Should I Test My Soil?

Growers should consider Soil testing:

• With a new batch of soil before filling pots
• Between runs when re‑amending living soil

Soil Analysis Example

• Finding: CEC 11 meq/100 g (low) and K 0.15 % (deficient).
• Action: Add 1 lb/yd³ biochar to boost CEC, top‑dress 3 g/gal sulfate of potash, re‑test after two irrigations.

What To Expect: We will ship the appropriate sample holder and accompanying instructions, along with a prepaid return label, if requested, for sending it back to our facility. Test results will be available within 2 to 3 business days after which one of our Cultivation Advisors will contact you to discuss the next steps.
