Not Sure Which Skills to Endorse? Ask the Recipient

By now, the debate over endorsements and recommendations on LinkedIn is subsiding — at least I hope so. I know on which side I stand. To me, recommendations have more merit. They require more knowledge of the person being recommended, and it takes a bit of courage to ask for a recommendation from someone.
