To ensure the right match between Tech2’s temporary employees and our customers, each temporary employee’s skills and experience are carefully evaluated.
Starting with the initial visit, Tech2’s staffing coordinators evaluate the applicant’s skills, experience and interests. Committed to the belief that it’s our people that really make the difference, Tech2’s representatives work closely with our clients and employees to develop relationships and continuously improve services.
Personal Interview –
Through one-on-one interviews, Tech2’s coordinators evaluate each candidate’s work ethic, flexibility and ability to communicate while asking questions to determine whether a candidate’s experience and career goals are truly compatible with our clients? needs. Tech2 interviews all applicants in compliance with applicable federal and state guidelines.
Reference Checking/Verification –
Thorough reference checking is an important component in the evaluation process, and Tech2’s coordinators carefully interview all employee references. All Tech2 temporary employees must complete I-9 right-to-work documentation as a condition of employment. Previous employment inquiries include verification of pertinent work history information, quality of work/performance and eligibility for re-hire.
Optional Evaluations –
Tech2 may often perform additional optional evaluations at the request of the client. Depending upon the assignment and customer requirements, evaluations such as extensive background checks, drug testing, multiple county Tech2minal record searches, credit checks, etc., can be provided.
